As a Squash and Fitness coach, I like to implement science into squash training. This involves the understanding of the performance process as well as allowing the identification of mental strengths and weaknesses.
Former top-5 French junior and top-30 senior squash player, I bring a high-performance background into my coaching career. I have worked with top-ranked youth players in France and contributed to the development of the first and only
public middle school squash program to win a U.S. National Division I Championship.
I thrive in both individual and team environments and currently serve as Head Coach of the Conestoga High School squash program, a top 25-ranked high school in the United States.
I am a Certified US Squash Level 3 coach and hold a Master’s degree in Strength & Conditioning as well as a Master’s in Human Movement Sciences. This academic foundation allows me to guide athletes with a strong emphasis on technical
